In our 2-year journey of serving Vietnamese families, Newland USA has witnessed countless inspiring stories, but the journey of Ms. N.T.G.M—an EB-3 Skilled Workers client—is truly a special inspiration. It is a story of stepping out of a “comfort zone” to “rekindle a dream” that had once been put on hold.

As an extroverted person, Ms. N.T.G.M shared that she had almost “forgotten her own dream” during her 18 years of working in her professional career. It wasn’t until 2021 that she decided to take a pause, and that was exactly when “the dream inside her rose up again”—the American Dream.

She began her research and discovered Newland USA, a pioneer in implementing the EB-3 Skilled Workers program in Vietnam. “I looked into it and felt that it was a perfect fit for me,” she recalled. Without a moment of hesitation, she made her decision immediately.

And then, the day of reaping the sweet fruits finally arrived. Being one of the very first clients in Vietnam to receive an EB-3 Skilled Workers Case Number, her emotions completely overflowed: “The day I received my Case Number, everything just burst into joy! Words cannot describe the feeling at that moment, but I was incredibly happy, excited… it felt like everything I had been waiting for had finally paid off.”
