Eligibility Requirements for EB-5 Investment Immigration

- Minimum Investment: A minimum financial requirement of $800,000

Direct Investment in a
New Commercial Enterprise
Investors will directly invest in a new business or expand an existing business in the United States. This business must create at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. citizens or permanent residents within two years.
The investor has more control over business operations and profits, but this also means bearing higher risks and directly managing the project.

Investment via Regional Centers
This is the most popular investment method, where investors contribute capital to projects certified by USCIS as Regional Centers. These projects are typically located in Targeted Employment Areas (TEA) with high unemployment rates, requiring a lower investment threshold starting from $800,000.
Investors are not required to directly manage the business, and the creation of 10 jobs can include both direct and indirect employment. This significantly reduces the management burden and risks for the investor.
Who Is EB-5 Suitable For?
Applicants with unmarried children under 21
Especially families with children currently in Elementary, Middle, or High School in Vietnam. Upon becoming U.S. permanent residents, your children are entitled to free education in U.S. public schools. Additionally, university tuition is three times cheaper than that for international students.
Applicants seeking time efficiency
Other family-based or employment-based visa categories can take anywhere from 5 to 14 years to obtain a permanent green card. Therefore, the EB-5 visa is the most optimal choice regarding time, with the expected timeline for receiving a permanent green card being only 24 to 36 months.
Applicants desiring long-term settlement in the U.S.
According to program regulations, completing an EB-5 application means you and your family can receive permanent green cards once the project is operational and creates at least 10 jobs for U.S. workers.
