The EB-3 immigrant visa program was enacted by the U.S. Congress and is enforced by U.S. government agencies. Therefore, Newland USA, along with all service providers, individuals, or attorneys, cannot interfere with the U.S. government’s adjudication decisions or processing times.

However, Newland USA has a policy to protect your interests by offering a full refund of all costs if your application remains unsuccessful after more than 3 (three) years.

To facilitate financial planning for our clients, Newland USA has structured the total costs into multiple installments based on the U.S. government’s processing stages.

The EB-3 immigrant visa program offers various recruitment options tailored to each applicant’s specific qualifications. You may choose a position that aligns with your professional experience from the following categories:

  • EB-3 Skilled Workers: Includes roles such as glove manufacturing, nursing, etc. In the event that you do not currently possess the required skills, Newland USA can arrange professional vocational training programs to help you qualify for this category.

  • EB-3 Unskilled Workers (Other Workers): If you do not have professional skills and do not wish to undergo training, you may opt for positions that require no specialized experience or technical background.

The procedures for an EB-3 immigrant visa application include:

  • Personal Documents: Identification and civil documents for the primary applicant and all accompanying family members.

  • Sponsoring Company Documents: Relevant paperwork from the employer in the U.S.

  • Official Forms: Various applications and forms to be completed by attorneys as required by U.S. government agencies.

A comprehensive and specific checklist of required documents will be provided by our Processing Department immediately after you have finalized your service contract with Newland USA.

The entire process takes approximately 2–3 years to secure U.S. Green Cards for your family. Payments are structured in installments that correspond with the application’s progress and the adjudication stages of U.S. government agencies.

We always maintain a guaranteed refund policy so that you can proceed with peace of mind and be protected from any financial loss should any issues arise.

Newland USA has developed a dedicated support program for clients upon their arrival in the U.S., which includes: airport pickup, assistance with finding and leasing a home (including 3 months of rent coverage), vehicle purchase support, driver’s license registration, Social Security Number (SSN) application, school search and enrollment for children, and job search assistance for spouses…

To qualify for the EB-3 Skilled Worker category, applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience or have completed professional training programs suitable for the job position.

Applicants without prior experience will be eligible to participate in short-term vocational training courses organized by Newland USA (with professional certificates provided) to meet the eligibility criteria for an EB-3 application as regulated by the U.S. government.

To apply for the EB-3 Unskilled Workers (Other Workers) category, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Health Status: Must be in good health and capable of performing the job duties as required by the employer.

  2. Background: Must have a clean personal record with no criminal history or prior convictions. Additionally, applicants must have no history of illegal residency in any country or territory.

If you have experience that matches a recruitment position, it is technically possible to perform a Change of Status within the United States.

However, transitioning directly from a Tourist Visa (a non-immigrant visa) to an immigrant status carries significant risks. Newland USA does not encourage clients to pursue this route to ensure the long-term safety and success of your residency application.

Newland USA is committed to ensuring that all personal information you provide is kept strictly confidential.

Please understand that without accurate information regarding your current status, we will be unable to provide a comprehensive evaluation or detailed consultation for your case.
