At Newland USA, we believe that happiness comes from giving and spreading positive values. Our recent “Christmas of Love” journey to the SOS Children’s Village on December 20th stands as a vivid testament to this core belief.

 

Everything was bustling and energetic right from the gift preparation stage for the children. Each present was carefully selected and wrapped by our team members, ranging from notebooks and school supplies to lovely toys. These gifts carried the heartfelt affection and deep empathy of the Newland USA team dedicated to the children for this Christmas season.

Upon arrival, we visited the specialized area for newborns. Here, we listened to touching stories about the infants’ daily lives and learned about the hardships faced by the mothers—the dedicated caregivers who look after the children day in and day out. The deeper our understanding grew, the more we profoundly respected the noble mission of those serving at the village.

The most exciting highlight of the program was the appearance of Santa Claus, carrying a heavy sack of gifts that made all the children cheer with pure joy. For many children at the village, this was likely the very first time they met a “real” Santa Claus in person and received Christmas gifts overflowing with love.

As the journey came to an end, every Newland USA member departed with deeply moving emotions. This journey of sharing love was not merely about bringing joy to underprivileged children; it was an invaluable opportunity for us to learn how to share and cherish life’s true values. More than anything, we realized that the children’s radiant smiles were the most priceless rewards we received from this journey—serving as a powerful driving force for Newland USA to continue spreading love.
