Alongside this milestone, Newland USA recorded highly positive results in December 2025 regarding the processing of EB-3 Skilled Workers immigration files. Specifically, the business secured an additional 64 EB-3 Case Number approvals from the US Department of Labor (DOL).
This follows their success in October 2025, when Newland USA achieved its first 30 EB-3 Skilled Workers approvals in Vietnam, rendering those clients eligible to proceed to the next steps of their US immigration roadmap. This brings the company’s total number of approved EB-3 client applications to 94.
