The seminar, themed “Crafting the American Dream with Smart EB-5 Investment Strategies – An Opportunity to Secure a Green Card Before the $5 Million Price Increase,” featured prominent speakers including Mr. Chau Tam Luan (Founder & General Director of Newland USA), Ms. Alice Nguyen (Head of Case Processing Department), and Ms. Kristi Ngo (US Immigration Attorney). The panelists analyzed the landscape of US immigration policies in 2025, specifically highlighting the distinctions between the current EB-5 program and the proposed $5 million “Gold Card” initiative under the Trump administration, while offering critical guidance on choosing the right timing for application submissions.

The event also featured Mr. TJ Kang, representing the Cota Vera 2 project; Ms. Tracy Hua, representing the Arte At The District project; and Mr. William Hockstedler, representing the Alka Products project.
Among these, Cota Vera 2 in San Diego is a master-planned mixed-use community encompassing residential apartments, schools, retail spaces, and entertainment areas. The Arte At The District apartment project, located in the heart of West Palm Beach, Florida, offers high growth potential. Meanwhile, the Alka Products medical glove manufacturing plant in Nevada represents a development in an essential sector, with a market demand exceeding one billion products annually in the US, according to the representative.

At the event, guests raised questions regarding case processing times, approval rates, and how to select the right project. Representatives from Newland USA and the regional centers addressed these queries, providing attendees with practical insights. Notably, the first two clients decided to place deposits to secure their spots and receive exclusive promotions from Newland USA.
Sharing his thoughts after the event, Mr. Chau Tam Luan—Founder and General Director of Newland USA—emphasized that the seminar marked a strategic milestone for Newland USA in expanding its ecosystem of US immigration solutions, with the official launch of the EB-5 program alongside the existing EB-3 skilled and unskilled worker programs.
“We aim to accompany investors over the long term on their journey toward settlement and sustainable development in the US. To us, every ‘American Dream’ deserves to be crafted professionally, transparently, and in a timely manner,” he stated.
