Shia Chau (Châu Tâm Luân)
Founder & CEO Newland USA
Mr. Shia Chau is a senior immigration advisor with over 15 years of experience in the immigration industry and has held key leadership positions at leading immigration consulting firms in Vietnam. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Newland USA — the pioneer and exclusive provider of the EB-3 Skilled Workers program in Vietnam.
About Shia Chau (Châu Tâm Luân)
Shia Chau is a senior immigration advisor with over 15 years of experience in the immigration industry and has held key leadership positions at leading immigration consulting firms in Vietnam. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Newland USA — the pioneer and exclusive provider of the EB-3 Skilled Workers program in Vietnam. Under Shia Chau’s leadership, Newland USA has become a symbol of trust and credibility in providing lawful U.S. immigration solutions, specializing in the EB-3 Skilled Workers and EB-5 Immigrant Investor programs, along with other USCIS-approved immigration pathways.
Education
Shia Chau graduated from San Francisco State University and spent nearly 10 years living, studying, and working in the United States. During that time, he served as a College Advisor at several U.S. universities. Upon returning to Vietnam, he continued his advisory role at the American Center, operated under the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City. These invaluable experiences gave Shia a deep understanding of the complex U.S. immigration process, as well as the skills and expertise necessary to effectively counsel and support clients.
Career
Prior to founding Newland USA, Shia Chau held senior positions at leading immigration organizations in Vietnam. With extensive industry knowledge, Shia continually strives to deliver the most effective solutions for his clients. Guided by a client-centric philosophy and a commitment to professional, transparent service, Shia has built a solid reputation in the immigration industry. Newland USA, headquartered at Gro Center, 132–134 Dien Bien Phu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, stands as a testament to his dedication and commitment to helping clients navigate the challenges of the U.S. immigration process.

Lê Thị Phương Thảo (Tyra)
As a U.S. immigration expert with nearly 15 years of experience in case processing, operations, and strategic development for U.S. immigration programs in Vietnam, Tyra has previously served as Processing Director at leading immigration consulting firms in the market. She has been directly involved in developing operational processes, training professional immigration consultants, and elevating customer service standards.
Throughout her career, Tyra has accompanied and supported nearly 5,000 Vietnamese individuals on their journey to settle and stabilize their lives in the U.S. through official immigration programs enacted by the U.S. government. She possesses deep expertise in handling complex cases involving source-of-funds documentation, financial structuring, and client profile assessment across various asset models, business operations, and diverse cash flows of Vietnamese investors.
Beyond her extensive experience in immigration, Tyra also holds a strong background in finance and investment, gained from working at top financial corporations in Vietnam. She has also participated in evaluating numerous domestic and international projects, as well as providing business development consulting for strategic partners.
With a strategic mindset, meticulous approach, and professional integrity, Tyra is committed to delivering transparent, safe, and sustainable solutions for her clients and partners.
Ngô Hồng Quý (Chris)
With over 15 years of experience in Communications and Marketing, Chris has accumulated extensive expertise in management and strategic planning across various major corporations and multinational enterprises. This includes sectors such as apparel, agriculture, food, real estate, finance, and international immigration. Chris holds a degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-HCM) and a degree in International Relations from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT).
Joining Newland USA in 2024, Chris is responsible for overall marketing planning, brand building, developing high-quality customer data conversion systems, media crisis management, and enhancing customer experience. With a strategic mindset and extensive practical experience in the international immigration industry, Chris is committed to elevating the Newland USA brand, positioning it as a professional, transparent, and distinctive leader in the market. For Chris, effective marketing goes beyond driving growth; it is about creating sustainable value for both the business and society.
Huỳnh Thị Mỹ Dung (Daisy)
With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Business Coaching, Daisy is responsible for building and aligning corporate culture at Newland USA. She ensures that the HR strategy is executed with a focus on “the right person in the right position,” laying a solid foundation for the organization’s sustainable development.
Guided by the philosophy of putting people at the core, systems as the foundation, and operational discipline as the driver for growth, Daisy believes that corporate value always begins with the value of its people. At Newland USA, diversity is respected, kindness is prioritized, and every individual is empowered to develop within an open, challenging, and dynamic environment. However, this openness is always balanced with clear principles — ensuring the right people, the right roles, the right competencies, and the right values that align with the organization.

Trần Quỳnh Như (Mira)
With many years of direct experience in consulting and accompanying clients through U.S. employment-based immigration programs, Mira has supported numerous families in building suitable and secure immigration pathways in compliance with current immigration regulations.
Since 2022, Mira has been involved in consulting, strategy development, and processing a high volume of EB-3 Skilled Worker applications. She also serves as a frequent speaker at immigration seminars and events for clients and partners in Vietnam.
With a clear and practical consulting style that prioritizes the legal safety of her clients, Mira is committed to not only helping clients understand the program but also providing them with the necessary foundation to make informed, life-changing decisions for their families’ future.
Nguyễn Trọng Mạnh (Troy)
As an immigration consulting expert with a solid background in finance and banking, combined with years of senior management experience, Troy brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Previously, he served as Priority Banking Relationship Director at ACB (2019–2021) and Director of the Tier-1 Personal Banking Center at MSB (2021–2024). Throughout his career, Troy has directly consulted and managed teams specialized in verifying and monitoring EB-5 cash flows through banking channels, ensuring strict compliance with international legal and financial requirements.
Beyond his extensive experience in major banks and the international tourism industry, Troy possesses strong capabilities in managing, supervising, and efficiently operating banking branch organizations. Currently, as a Senior Advisor for U.S. EB-5 and EB-2 NIW immigration programs, Troy partners with clients to build safe, transparent, and sustainable immigration pathways.
Lê Võ Tấn Phát (John)
As an immigration processing expert with nearly 10 years of experience in EB-3 programs, family sponsorship, and U.S. citizenship services, John has accompanied and supported over 6,000 Vietnamese individuals on their journey to settle and stabilize their lives in the U.S.
With deep professional expertise in case processing and operations, John plays a pivotal role in standardizing processing systems, establishing internal workflows, and training staff to enhance professionalism, efficiency, and consistency in customer service. He frequently collaborates with U.S.-based partners and attorneys to analyze case data, stay updated on new USCIS policies, and research sustainable development solutions for the immigration business.
Beyond his core expertise in case processing, John also supports brand strategy and enhances customer experience for firms in the immigration sector. With a strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and systemic thinking, John is committed to delivering transparent, effective, and reliable solutions for both clients and partners of Newland USA.
Diệp Thị Huỳnh Trúc (Boonie)
In charge of planning and executing HR strategies at Newland USA, Boonie contributes to the company’s sustainable development and enhances operational capacity. With extensive experience in Human Resources management and operations within the U.S. immigration consulting industry, she possesses deep industry insight, particularly in building professional consulting teams, developing expertise, and optimizing performance within a premium customer service environment.
Boonie has been instrumental in building recruitment, training, and talent development systems for U.S. immigration programs such as EB-3 and EB-5. Additionally, she has designed comprehensive HR policies, career development pathways, and performance appraisal systems to meet the long-term growth objectives of the company.
At Newland USA, Boonie plays a vital role in talent acquisition and development, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a professional, cohesive working environment. She also actively participates in strategic projects concerning KPIs, OKRs, leadership development, and operational optimization, all while upholding the philosophy of putting people at the heart of sustainable growth.
Lê Thị Hà (Hillary)
With many years of experience in accounting and financial-accounting operations management for various enterprises, including those in the U.S. immigration sector, Hillary plays a vital role in building, perfecting, and developing the accounting system at Newland USA.
Hillary is responsible for organizing, managing, and overseeing all company accounting activities. Simultaneously, she establishes internal control processes and strengthens the accounting team to meet corporate governance requirements, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and current legal regulations.
